The homeowners wanted a modern, sleek design that maximized their water views while addressing environmental and geological challenges specific to the site. Working closely with Surfside Environmental, we were able to overcome these obstacles, designing a home that both respects and enhances the natural landscape.

One of the standout features of the Fresh Pond House is the custom roof deck, which offers panoramic views of the waterfront and surrounding nature. Inside, the layout is open and bright, allowing for the free flow of light and air throughout the home.
