The Red Creek House project involved transforming a beach house that already had strong character but needed more space and a fresh, modern look. The family wanted to relocate their master bedroom to the upper level, add more living space, and completely reimagine their basement for guests and family gatherings. Our team at ZTC Architecture worked closely with the homeowners to design a renovation that kept the house's beachside charm while offering a more contemporary feel. One of the focal points of the project was maximizing the surrounding waterfront views. We adjusted the orientation and placement of windows to capture the stunning vistas of the Peconic Bay and adjacent coves, while also redesigning the layout to ensure a smooth flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
