The Wainscott Pergola project was a beautiful addition to a California-Modern style residence. The homeowners wanted a pergola for their pool deck, and they had a specific interest in Indonesian hardwoods to complement the materials used in their house. Our design process involved creating several visualizations, allowing the clients to select the best fit for both function and aesthetics. The final pergola design is a harmonious extension of the home’s modern style, providing both shade and structure to the outdoor area. By selecting high-quality materials, including durable hardwoods, we ensured the structure would stand the test of time, especially in a coastal environment.
